I am in my 70s and never once offered help. Had a young guy working for Waterdale watch me for 20 minutes chatting with his friends leaning on a post. He saw me struggle and when I finished he told me to sweep up some dropped leaves. Try to help your Customers please and be more considerate.

Good recycling and lots of parking. There is also a very good value for money shop selling off unwanted goods very cheaply. A great idea that should be more widely adopted.
Easy to access and easy to navigate around once inside. Staff are all helpful and professional. Queues are sometimes very long but that's to be expected.
Huge queues during the festive period, I guess everyone had the same idea! Still a great facility, they take pretty much every type of rubbish, only thing is you have put things in the right skips. Don't mind doing the leg work, as they don't charge, and they don't refuse entry etc.
