I had a water treatment system fitted recently with Natures Water and it is the best thing I have purchased in years. I am never going to buy bottled water again and I will not have to spend my Saturdays cleaning limescale from our showers and taps. Well done Natures Water.
We recently had the Reverse Osmosis system installed by Natures Water. They were very helpful and arrived at the time scheduled. The engineer was very mindful of Covid and wore a mask which we very much appreciated. We are delighted with the system and have recommended Natures Water to all of our friends.
Wouldn't reccomend, my system doesn't work properly, rang lots of times to let the company know, sent someone out but never improved. I still have limescale everywhere, taps, kettle, showers blocked. My next door neighbour has none at all, they went with a different company. I now have a system that's all blocked, very bad service.
Moved into a new housing estate and my water was full of lime.. draining board and kettle were showing since of lime scale straight away!!! Was recommended Natures Water from a neighbour and had a system installed within the week. Have been delighted with the results. No more lime, and fresh drinking water for the kids. One happy customer. You have a great team and great products with super efficient service :D
We have a water system from Natures Water installed. Prior to this we had a lot of lime and had to change our kettles and shower heads very often! Since we have had our water system installed we haven’t had to change either the kettle or the shower head -we’re delighted! There is very good follow up from the company also, great to deal with. The drinking water is excellent now also, saving us a fortune on bottled water.
Excellent experience, these guys are the best in the business. We have recommened to 5 or 6 people already. Our water was very limey and hard, causing scale deposits on shower and machines. Now the water is very soft and clean, amazing. Our friends are delighted also. Thank you so much! The standard of plumbing is to the highest level
Be very careful if you use this company, we were suffering signs of eczema and through time thought it may be the water so we had our local Co Council do a test, which by them came back fine but at the same time when we didn’t use the water our skin was fine. I contacted nature’s water to see if there was a system out there that would help our situation, they convinced us that it had to be the chlorine in the water that was causing the problem even though the test had shown very low signs of it, but they were so convincing and unfortunately we trusted them as they could not do enough in the weeks leading up to buying the water system and they even convinced us that the council would have lied about the test results so we let them proceed. Once the system went in and we started using the shower again the skin flared up, baffled how this could happen especially when we were assured that this system would solve all our problems. I spent two weeks contacting nature’s water to be told that someone would call me back or that they couldn’t find us on their system and then no one would call you back, we could not believe how we were being treated. I started emailing them and still nothing, eventually weeks later they got in contact with us because we owed them the balance on the system and of course no recollection that we had made any contact in the first place, eventually with a lot of back and forth, and leaving us unable to use our shower for two months, they eventually came and took the system out but of course they still have not issued us with our refund of the balance. It's so upsetting to think that they could do this even though they were given the chance to do the right thing, I have never written a review in my life but I felt that people have a right to know what they're dealing with and hopefully no one will have to go through what we went through.
