I rang and spoke to a chap called Toby. I live in Devon so was worried about them being so far away. Not being able to put a face to a name as it were. But no worries at all. Absolutely brilliant and helpful. Actually, he couldn't have been more helpful. Such a pleasure. I will definitely be ordering from these guys. They know exactly what you need if you tell them the specs. Another guy I rang at a different organisation wanted to charge me for the privilege of discussing what I need. He has lost a 1500 order. Regardless of the petty review about products (probably lost the receipts etc) I assure you these guys are great.

I bought a water pump under capacity my fault sure. They would not accept the return, only offered a small discount to buy an additional product. Not sure that goes against consumer laws! I have now added this site to my websites blocked list to ensure I wont use them again!
Bought a Laguna above ground square pond or container, service good, But when filled the sides deform with the weight of the water, so it is no longer square Had problems boxing in because of the shape, so beware!

Unfortunately, I found there site hopeless. I needed a UV bulb for my Oase. I searched their site for uv bulb, uvc bulb, uvc clarifying unit, Oase uv bulb etc etc. Everything I could think of to describe it. All - no trace of such an item. So I tried to email them to tell them of the issue. None of the email links work. They need to sort their site out pdq. I have had a nice response from the company, but in the meantime I'd sourced it from elsewhere.
