I’ve used this business for 20 years just to have my batteries replaced, 8 inherited a 50 year Rolex and a 30year old Longines. Rolex bracelet was louse I thought it needed a very expensive replacement but he said to leave it with him he’d try to repair, the lLongines had a brand new strap that just needed fitted Also asked him to look at my broken Bulgari bracelet which Lunns had quoted me 450 because it had to go back to Bulgari in Italy to be repaired I returned in a week all 3 were perfect and he only ask for 10 for fixing both Watches, he wanted nothing for fixing the bracelet. Now I’d told him about the quote of 450 and yet he said no that he had only rejoined the very fine chain. I still tell everyone because where would you get a craftsman so honest. Thank you

My daughter must have got woman assistant on a very bad day as she was extremely rude regarding removal of links from watch. I thought shop provided a service. Very disappointed in customer service.
Always get my batteries there. Replaced in seconds, great friendly service and good price.
What a really nice place. Replaced a Festina watch strap for me, and only charged me a measly 5 for doing so. He will be getting all my business from now on, and I've been recommending him to everyone I know.
I have been going to this shop for 10 years,and have always received a helpful and professional service. I have a passion for vintage mechanical watches, and recently he was able to source a crown for a 1936 Rolex, which had massive sentimental value. I am absolutely delighted. !. Rgds Michael.
