Priced higher than competition. When called to cancel they offered to match competition if paid annually. No problem. But next year went up following year larger increase now higher than competition and won't lower price. And at 5:00 said they would pick up today. Now 6:00 pm and still no pickup for second week. Last week said they would put in for special pickup Tues so left trash out but not picked up. 5 bag limit no cans at road so animals get in it. I'm tired of picking up trash because they don't come. We just renewed another year so not late payments. They lost city contract so apparently no longer care about this area. Should have stated that instead of billing us. I guess we call new company tomorrow. Just wish they would be upfront and honest. We can let the bank know they are charging for service not provided, in other words, fraud.

Absolutely unprofessional missed my trash pick up orginal schedule pick up every day this month.
Was told by email the same day they were due here that they couldn't make it and would be back by on 6/15. Well as of 6 pm they still haven't picked up 2weeks worth of trash.
you can see in the pictures they dump trash all over the road and then leave it. They break your trash cans and then blame you for using your own trash.
Pathetic services only pick up once a month but charges you for 6 months servive and i still have their can here they were to pick up 4 months ago and getting charged for it! Im gonna call bbb and get this stop their crooks.....
