Ok so today is trash pick up and your employees did not care to take all the trash inside the trash can. I went to get my trash can from the curbside and its half full! This is not the first time your employees do this in my neighborhood!

If there was a word to describe waste management, I would post it but unfortunately there isn’t. Beyond obvious these people and company are the worst. I left an email about the issue but no response. They left a mess and didn’t pick up the trash. That is their job duty and obvious they’re not proud of it. I mean who would right? Nobody wants to go home smelling like a dirty diaper. I blame management as well for the fact that this has been going on for too long and I think it’s only fair since I’m paying for this so called “service”.
Poor customer service and refused to service. Complete waste of time calling them.
