This facility really needs to train their employees on customer service, especially the lady in the weigh house!!!!!! For example this morning ( Tuesday the 4th) I drove on to the scale open my door to hand her my card, she looked out the window and yelled “dam it “ like She doesn’t want my business and she is like that with me all the time.. the company I work for uses that facility every day and that’s a lot of business but I guess she don’t understand...

Sky harbor transfer station website should tell you about bringing your Tempe driver's license and utility bill to dump trash free. or else be charged minimum 30 1 if you do not have a safety vest. There are also other requirements not listed on the website that are posted at the weigh station when you get there.

If you are thinking about trash service, go with someone else. These guys are expensive, and sneaky, and even when you think they are giving you a deal, THEY AREN'T. They will get you into a contract with hidden increases, then tell you you're on contract, and then illegally auto-renew the contract. Save yourself some time and go with a smaller carrier ideally, or if you like someone larger, go with Allied Waste. We have about 15 frond bins and spend about 1000 a month on roll-off service. I mistakenly it seems kept a container with WM because Allied didn't like the area it was in and WM had the can before, and so I figured 35 a month with WM I would be fine. By the end of the term it was 71 a month, you're on contract, and it's 150 to pickup the container, and 256 to terminate this 7 year old contract which never did anything but \auto-renew\. Our cost for a similar container on Allied's route -- 35. Our cost with Allied for this container once we got WM's removed -- 40. No matter what they promise you, remember who you are dealing with. WM gets paid to lie all the way up the chain. Safe a few steps and chose another vendor.

Why have a telephone number for customers to call if your going to have a recording that answers stating that this number is not answering calls. That is counter productive to good customer relations...
