If I could give them no stars I would. The recycling driver who works the Ingalls Ave area is confrontational and likes to retaliate if you complain about him. We have a right to complain about the service that we pay for. He's never had a problem picking up our recycling, until we complained about him, then he decided it was too much work to pick up our recycling. We've been sitting our recycling in the same spot for the 6 years I've lived here. Today 2 weeks after we complained it's a problem. The garbage man was able to get our trash. Mind you the recycling driver runs first and then garbage driver. How was the garbage driver able to get our garbage with no problem, sounds fishy to me! This company needs restructuring.

They didn't pick up my garbage today, but theyes picked up my neighbors. I tried to call to complain, they are closed! Tried to go online and send a request... it wouldnot work! Get your stuff together!!!!
