Worst company ever to deal with! The truck went onto the sidewalk during collection and rode over my son’s brand new electric scooter. This driver was so dangerous and negligent to go onto the sidewalk. Now we just want our son’s scooter replaced and after 6 phone calls, 3 supervisors and 0 days waiting no one knows what to do or doesn’t care because no one will return calls or help us. This company doesn’t care about their customers beware!!!

Waste Management failed to pick-up our bulk items for 4 days in a row now, day after day this bulk pick up has been rescheduled with no completion of service. This has caused great frustration with the Waste Management company's customer service and business practices. We called several times over the past few days and have been told that this bulk pick-up was rescheduled or that there has been an \operational delay\ every day for the past 4 days in a row. Unfortunately this comes down to bad management and poor customer service on behalf of Waste Management. We are now hiring a third party company to come pick up the bulk items due to WM not being able to execute on their commitments.
Still waiting for a response after they have left a total of 5 random cans in front of my garage... over a year... no one has picked them up ... and always around a holiday so whoever it is that handles the holidays is TERRIBLE!! TERRIBLE service. 92603 beware of this waste management... use the independents!!
Really BAD service! This is my first time using WM. I called WM service number and wanna schedule a pickup. Because I have many large boxes. And the agent told me I can drop 4 stacks garbage around trash bin. But they didn’t pick up the trash today! But they took the neighbor’s!
I had a bulk item pick up scheduled for 9/25/2020. They never picked up the items. They were closed so I couldn't talk to anyone. I just figured they refused to pick up my items so I paid someone 100 to pickup my items. Waste management show up a day later with the excuse the truck was broken. Well how about a phone call. Must be nice to have a monopoly. Terrible company
