Worst service ever. didnt send me the correct photo dimensions digitally and refused to accept it was their fault. 16 for a digital pasport photo that is unusable and that I could take at home.

My husband sent my son to Langstraat 33 to buy a fishing licence this afternoon, which he went to do. Upon arriving there, he enquired about a fishing licence, and then saw that I, his mother, was phoning him. Realising that I might be phoning regarding the licence, he apologised to the gentlement helping him, and said he needs to answer the phone. The man then started preaching to him about how rude it is to answer a phone while someone is talking to you, upon which my son explained that it is his mother phoning and he needed to answer, all of which I could now hear as I was on the other end of the line. The man then went on to borderline shout at my son even though my son tried to explain the situation to him. My son then left the shop as he was not going to take any further abuse. I phoned this gentleman myself, to explain to him that I was phoning my son regarding the licence, and that my son tried to explain this to him. Unfortunately, this gentleman was too concerned with being right and with preaching to me about manners, that it was impossible to have a rational conversation with him. He finally half heartedly apologised and then proceeded to tell me that I was wasting his time as he had customers to serve. Over the last 5 years we have often gone to this shop, but needless to say, we will not be going there ever again. Perhaps in future, this person will look at his own manners before pointing fingers at other people. If he wants the youth to treat him with manners and respect , he should start by returning the same.

Fijne fotozaak maar helaas hebben wij voor het enkel afdrukken van 2 foto’s op formaat 50x40cm 80 betaald. Ik vind dit werkelijk complete waanzin. Er werd mij verteld dat de prijzen eigenlijk nog hoger moesten zijn vanwege de corona crisis. Ik steun juist graag (lokale) ondernemers maar als de verschillen zo groot zijn tussen online en fysieke winkels dan snap ik waarom de meeste fysieke winkels het niet meer lang gaan volhouden. Erg zonde!
