They need to be more customer oriented but much better thn the Lille Flanders KFC branch..even food test also better. Only problem (in French way I must say pitty) no one speaks in English; although everywhere they written in English about the good things regarding KFC. What a weak marketing policies as well. If KFC want to say we want French peoples to learn English well I must say this is not the right way ;)! For KFC staffs my recommendations, if you cant speak English properly or at all no problem but try to help the customer so that you can serve well as a multinational chain franchise; PLEASE DON'T LAUGH INFRONT OF THEM & MAKE THEM UNHAPPY AS THEY CAN'T SPEAK IN YOUR LANGUAGE; This must give them bad impressions about KFC. Well now it's a question who else cares about appropriate marketing policies & proper customer services whenever tgey have good sales result. But think if u loose 2 or 3 potential customers who used to buy more or less 3 to 4 hundred every months (averages) in that case one brunch is loosing 3600 in a year; not bat huh!!
