He booked us in, but said, if he he gets a cancellation, he'd phone me to see if he could attend earlier, a cancellation came along m, he phoned us and turned up to do the job, he arrived l, was friendly and very polite and respectful, very down to earth chap, He diagnosed the fault on our Washing Machine, he fixed the fault immediately and the machine is working and still is working, This chap knows his stuff, he kept us very well informed, I've kept his number for future reference, I feel I can trust him to do the job required, I definitely would recommend him to anybody with a faulty domestic appliance
Paul arrived within an hour of my call. He set to work, explaining what he was doing at all times. He was professional, efficient, clean and tidy. My washing machine now works like new! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending WASHTECH to anyone. Thank you xxx
I would seriously recommend. Kept me updated, explained everything to me and the machine is working like the day I bought it (15years ago) He even helped and gave advice on another appliance whilst here. Trustworthy and reliable. Definitely deserves 5 stars.
