Compared with other beautiful buildings with lots of art details, the Dept. of Education building is very simple and concise

A giant waste of taxpayer money. Every state and municipality has their own unique regional history and story. Education needs to be handled at the local level so we can have more character, innovation, responsibility, accountability, and frugality. End this organization now. It was created by Jimmy Carter to appease the teachers unions (who hate school choice). States and towns are better equipped to understand the children's needs than federal bureaucrats. No Child Left Behind was a giant failure and Common Core represents one size fits all nonsense.

The reason your child hung themself because of a low test score. The reason teachers are leaving. The reason why you child does drugs. The reason why we have radical republicans. The reason your child is extremely stressed. These people are the warden of your prison and will get money off of your child's failure because capitalism is above quality these days.

Had a tour of the OET office. The artwork on the first floor by children was enlightening.
