Yesterday I attended the Thursday night workshop in the Kingman Park area. 5 things that I learned in the workshop I feel will assist me in purchasing my dream home were.....1. The down payment programs I weren’t aware of....2. Closing cost assistance....3. Knowing the difference between realtor, broker and lender and what roles those titles intel...4. Learned about debt to income ratio....5. Benefits of owning a home. I highly recommend if you are looking to buy a home that you attend the workshop. It is really helpful. Aslo, forgot to mention that Lynae Solomon was the presenter. She has really nice and welcoming personality. When I’m ready to purchase a home I be looking to use her services.
