Dine-in
A delicious dinner here. Good wine selection & tasty cocktails. The food was excellent and creative. Small plates meant we could try a bunch of things but it was still filling. Chef Planas came over to say hello. Think he's been on local radio & TV. We're looking forward to trying their brunch.

I meant to take a picture of the original plate but it looked to good. I was just asked by @justicehill, "is this not the most delicious shrimp taco you've ever had?"............."yes." Chef Ricardo is crushing it!!!!!!
I ate here a few months ago. It was a wonderful place to meet up with friends for a drink and dinner. By far the best part was dessert. The chef makes homemade sorbets that are to die for. Not too sweet but full of flavor. You can tell that this is a creative and inspired chef. Check him out!
Great food and experience. Staff is friendly and helpful, the chef is awesome (you can tell by the food combinations) and will answer any questions personally. Highly Recommend!
We had the chance to dine here right after it opened, or perhaps it was during the soft opening - not sure which. Chef Ricardo is simply stunning. A lineup of very interesting dishes, and all the sauces were flavored to perfection! I highly recommend this place for find food in the Dupont area.
The Sally is the restaurant/bar inside The Fairfax Hotel in Dupont Circle. A few of us were treated to an evening get together and here are my thoughts afterwards: 1) Space: It's in a hotel, but they do a good job of making it feel like you're somewhere else. There's plenty of seating. 2) Drinks: They have a great cocktail list taking traditional cocktails and adding a spin to them. When they can, they use local brands. 3) Food: The chef is trained well and he makes really good food. I recommend the scallops. He uses few ingredients, but the taste is bold. If you're looking for a fun happy hour spot after work, The Sally is a good option!
