Just moved into the building and have been very impressed. The move-in process and working with Patricia was flawless. The apartment was clearly prepared, painted, and updated prior to my move-in. Its a quiet building with a lot of great amenities and everyone on staff that I've interacted with has been delightful. Very happy with the decision to move to the Kennedy-Warren.

Amazing apartment building! The staff is amazing and they really take care of every one of their residents
We moved from a 4000 sq ft home to this apartment - must admit we did purge but the rooms were so large we ended up with so much space left over! The staff is amazing, especially Susu who held our hands through the process and went the extra mile to help us out with the transition. Love the building, the vibe, and the location!
Top class building and staff. So happy with this choice. Check them out, a rare case where reality equals the hype in this City.
Perhaps it would be useful if a resident wrote a review based on experience with the building lasting longer than a drive by. We have lived in the historic wing of the KW since January, and have had a completely positive experience. All the members of the staff are friendly and helpful, and dedicated to the safety and satisfaction of the residents. The tenants are a very diverse group, many with children and pets. There is a great pool, a gym, convenience store and other amenities and a program of weekly activities. The tenants' association is also active and works closely with building management. I am sorry the KW's ratings will be adversely affected by those that do not know it or live there. I would not review a restaurant without eating there.
