I like the convenient parking garage under the hospital, max 23 per day. The hospital and elevators are clean. Guide staff are in place in the lobby to help direct you to your destination. Clear signs for how to pay for parking posted on elevators and large legible directory posted on wall. This is extremely helpful and a great way to guide visitors. The phone staff could be more knowledgeable and resourceful. I inquired about office hours for a department and they did not know the answer.

The medical staff was great. The surgery went as planned and all was well. The only negative is I would have preferred the surgery done somewhere else. Not a fan of the District.
