Cannot thank Steve enough. Found a perfect car, right on budget, and kept me informed all the way through. Picking it up was safe and sanitary. Bought used, but it was so well presented that it was like brand new. Highly recommend.

Used Sherwood's as an approved Fiat dealer to carry out a warranty repair on my motorhome. Despite not being the original seller etc, they still took great care of me and my vehicle. As full lockdown procedures were in place at at all times, I felt comfortable in the well managed waiting area Thanks guys and happy to recommend Sherwood's Washington based on my recent visit(s). Just part exchanged my car as I wanted to downsize, what an amazing service Connor was my sales man and made the process very enjoyable, keeping me updated at all times, I've used sherwoods at Washington for 3 years now would highly recommend them and they are very dog friendly as my little dog loves to come in with me to meet all the staff

I dont usally write reveiws but feel I must on this ocassion. I went to veiw a vauxhall Zafira 2018 at this establishment. I was sent images of this by a salesman named Conner.(not his fault only a young fella trying to do his best.obvoisly poorly led by his seniors) I travelled 150 miles to buy this car. It had supposed to have a 50 point AA inspection. When I arrive and the car was presented to me it became clear this had repairs done poorly on nearly every panel of the car. it was no more than a trade vehicle bought from auction. I have been in the motor ntrade for over 35 years and have never seen a car in such poor condition only 2 years old with 10k miles on it. Please read this reveiw and dont ever deal with this company. its people like this that give the motor trade a bad name.
