This is more for costumer service seeing how I never went. I recently moved back to VA after living in LA and this is the closest studio I found offering open pole so I booked a time online on a day that said it was open, when checking out the only option I had said “additional 10” so I had just assumed the 50 was already being charged and completed the purchase. A few moments later I get a call from them and the woman I spoke to seemed extremely irritated and upset with me saying I didn’t pay enough and I tried to explain but she was so short with me and didn’t seem to want to listen and just reiterated that I didn’t pay the correct amount, which I had apologized for and said I’d be happy to be charged the full amount that I assumed I had paid. But then she went on to say that the date I had scheduled was supposed to be blocked off and that they wouldn’t be open that day at all so I would just be refunded the 10. All in all it should have been such a simple situation to fix I made a mistake I was using my phone to book it maybe it glitched I had no intention of cheating the system but she handled it so poorly and with such an attitude I don’t see myself rebooking. The pole community I came from and know in La would never ever talk to someone like that so call me a pansy but I’m not dealing with this kind of attitude when I would have been totally fine with a call explaining the situation and making it right calmly.

Pole Pressure DC got me back to working out. All classes are fun and challenging. They even offer free classes so that your friends can try those out too. Devon is a great instructor.

I've been attending classes here for about a month. I will say I love the instructors and i always feel challenged. However, I agree with what some people say about the attitudes here. Alot of people have formed their groups, and if you're not in them forget about making friends. And if you arent in the competitive circuit, you can at times feel like an outsider. But all that aside the classes are still very good.

If you are looking for teachers that push you to get better with every class and learn new, fun tricks and spins this is the place for you! The foundation classes are life and you get to advance at your own pace . Everyone is rooting for you to get better. Classes are small and staff is the best. 100% recommended.

Before starting my experience at pole pressure I used to go to other pole studios. Pole pressure is definitely better for many reasons. I particularly appreciate the many classes available that cover all the levels, from beginner to advanced, whereas other studios have only few choices. It may be a little bit more expensive than other but you are sure to have your pole without sharing it with other 2/3 people. Instructors are amazing... Really well trained and they follow all the people in the class to help them, and also very supportive. So far my favorite studio on DC!
