Both myself and my Parents have used Simon for many appliance issues! And can honestly say were so glad we can call him out for any issues and get an honest opinion and quote! If it's fixable he will do it... if he thinks it's not worth the fix he will be honest! Very reliable and great value for money! Cant recommend him enough.

Fixed my dishwasher which was great but he couldn't secure it as the screws went missing (my fault). He offered to get some and come back the follwoing week.....never seen him since depsite me contacting him to say I had managed to get the screws. Covid hit and no reponse again to message. Dishwasher not seciure although working and moves around as job was not finished

First class service from Simon today. Very rare to find a tradesman as honest & straight up as this chap. Efficient & so reasonable, Simon even managed to get the spare part for our dryer cheaper & was totally upfront about the savings we had made. I would highly recommend his business for all appliance repairs (except gas, I checked before he left lol). Thanks Simon
