Preparing my mini holidays in Washington DC from Miami, I found this amazing restaurant in downtown. There wouldn’t be a better place for a Saturday date night with my husband and son than this place! The welcome front desk team very professional and kind. Then, the waiter suggested us some options for the night. Out little son (14months) had a high chair and a delicious Mac&Cheese. The White Italian wine and the start dish were a great combination! Also, the oyster and lobster were amazing, and so my salmon! To finish the dessert I’m posting and the environment made our holidays amazing! Even our little son was attracted by the bartender with his professional way to prepare cocktails, etc! Thank you all!!! Great experience!!!

Amazing vibe inside! Ordered the large stone crab and the porterhouse both didn’t disappoint. Wait staff were great and very attentive to all my parties needs. Would recommend
The food Is just wonderful. Steak to go didn't disappoint at all. The sides like sautéed spinach and the four cheese mac & cheese were also delicious. Highly recommend!
I arrived for the first time last night for 8:00 reservations with my girlfriend and was super excited as a first timer. The bartender was great and the oysters and food were delicious, 10 out of 10. We ordered an expensive bottle of wine about an hour in. The problem started when the bartender came over at 9:55 and told us we had to finish our wine right away. No mention of a stop time up to this point. He was flustered and said we had to finish it quickly. I asked to speak to a manager and a woman who said she was a manager (Kristina) came to the table and demanded we finish our wine right away. My GF obliged and started chugging her wine which I then said it is not a shot and we will not chug our expensive wine. The manager became very upset and demanded my glass which I would not give her. She said over and over, give me your wine glass now! I asked for her name and she slammed the card on the table and then yelled to the bartender to get my check right away. It was embarrassing to say the least and highly unprofessional. I finished my wine in my time and handed her the glass, at which time she stormed off and we never saw her again. The female bartender came over and was so nice and apologized profusely and told me that everyone was embarrassed by the scene and to please accept her apology. I was stunned by this and felt badly for my GF to witness this. Food and everything great, too bad one bad apple can ruin it. Should've given us a 15 minute window at least and could've been so much more accommodating to a guest.
I've only been here 2x but the experience just keeps getting better each time I come. First time was cool. It was a birthday dinner so we were dressed up and had a good time and the food was good. The waiter was very helpful with selections and a little funny if I remember correctly. Everything was good, even the water (and I am very picky about my water). Second time was even better than the first. Probably bc I was really looking forward to having Short Ribs. We both had short ribs which was ok but I wanted her to get something different so I could try it, however, I'm not sure I would've wanted to share my short ribs so it's good that we both got our own. They were so good. I mean so good. This was the reason I cook short ribs so often now (if you've checked out my ig). The short ribs were so good. Ok... I'm done with the ribs. The desert was something different. I literally mean something different. I don't recall what it was but it was something I wouldn't normally have but our waiter was fun and funny and talked me into it and it wasn't bad but I think I would've enjoyed something else better. It is definitely a place I will visit again and you get what you pay for.
