HM repair provided speedy and efficient service for a cracked iPhone SE screen. I came here because of the positive reviews and was not disappointed. I reached out for a quote and they fixed the iPhone screen for the quoted price of 69. They repaired part of the frame to get a totally shattered screen replaced and the new screen works well. Very impressed with the quality and speed. Also pleased with their customer service. At the store, they up sold to a screen protector for 15. When I got home the iPhone screen protector was broken but they were magnanimous in resolving the issue. They do not have a warranty on the screen protectors sold. They’ll have you in and out in no time and take appointments which made the entire process seamless and easy. If I break another screen, I’ll return to HM for their service.

Very responsive from the beginning. Worked with me to get me in on my tight schedule. Greatly appreciated. The office is nice and cosy. Work was completed quickly and screen seems to be operating as it was before it was cracked. I reached out to several other places before this one, some of the more popular ones and they gave me the run arounds. Quoted me a price of 400 dollars, which was more than half of what H and M charged. Not only that but the same place also quoted a repair time of 4 hours. H and M had me out in 20 mins.

Aftermarket parts. Don’t waste your money. My phone stopped working after 3 days, I came back they didn’t take care of me. I called my bank and got my money back.
