Co-op Funeralcare, Washington

We are utterly disgusted at the way a Funeral Director handled the Funeral of My Mother In Law or more appropriately the lack of handling. Not only was the loss sudden which was distressful enough for My Husband, the funeral arrangements were not put in place and off goes the FD on His Weekend Off. A Senior FD took over and had to organise everything in his place. Do not use if you are dealing with a FD called Steve. Ask for Christine who after all of our upset and dreadful experience acted with urgency, professionalism and respectfully. Sadly the named FD Steve we dealt with initially is in the wrong job. I would be here all day if I explained our unacceptable experience but a massive thank you to Christine for putting every thing in place.
