ARC Point has done an excellent job since I first started going there in April. I have been about five times and every time it is excellent service, quick, clean, and efficient. Didi Barazcka is outstanding. They have delivered our results in under the stated time every time. HIGHLY recommend.

The level of personalized service at this place place is unlike anywhere else. The staff go far above and beyond to meet personal needs and ensure you get what you truly need. When I messaged with an urgent oncern about one of my appointments, I received a welcome message back late at night on a Friday. They worked with you to make sure that my testing and documentation was done just right. Couldn't be more thankful for their care.

Came in for a Covid-19 test for traveling purposes. The staff and team on site were all very caring and professional. My appointment took no longer than 10 minutes and the staff answered any questions and concerns I had. The facility was kept clean and disinfected on a constant basis as well. I would absolutely recommend coming to ARCpoint labs for any tests or procedures.

I had an appointment and a number. There were four people ahead of me so I happily waited in the hallway, was however ushered in by one of the staff members and asked to wait, even though there were already four other people waiting in the tiny area (200 sqf). When the fifth person was escorted into the waiting area I escaped to the hallway again, where two more people were waiting. Despite an appointment and all paperwork completed before arrival I it took 20 minutes from the point of arrival until the test had been administered. All of that in a tiny space with 3 staff and at least 7 patrons. I believe it is safe to assume that not everyone getting a test does so out of pure precaution, but also because they are showing symptoms/ may have the virus. Over the course of the day by my estimates 160 people visit the laboratory all breathing in the same tiny space without special ventilation or filters or any other form of air sanitation. Knowing the virus transmits through aerosols the staff are put at risk as is anyone who is taking tests as a precautionary measure. I was shocked and feel like I have exposed myself to unnecessary risks by taking a test at ARC, when the intention was to make sure I would definitely be safe and healthy to meet a vulnerable friend.

Excellent experience! Helped us to get what we need before traveling to French Polynesia. Can’t say enough positive things about the staff. Two hands up to the sky!
