Phil responded to my enquiry quickly and also was able to visit my property to quote for all of my carpets to be cleaned. I have a young child and had an elderly dog so a number of stains needed to be cleaned as well as a general freshen up. Phil was very thorough and was able to give me a very reasonable quote then and there and get me booked in the diary. On the day Phil was on time and set to work quickly getting the job done in a morning.
