Rhode island's infrastructure is falling apart. The most patch work filled pot holed roads anywhere. The thinnest 2 lane busy highways. Shorter than a plank on and off ramps. Drainage? Whats that?. Who the heck is your civil engineering specialist? Do you have one?Rhode island DOT.. What a corrupt organization and state. FIX your our unsafe roads!!!!! You live in 1945. literally called, had 3 people redirect me to someone who they claimed would help just for the last person I was redirected to just to not pick up the phone. They don't know what they're doing there
