Top service from Mark at Warwick Interiors - from the word go Mark has been excelled - the supplying of shower tray (1700 x 700) and delivery was as per request and arrived 2 days earlier than expected; beyond that was the service that Mark offered over Boxing and Boxing Day Sunday was exceptional - I only sent an email to Warwick interiors early part of the morning and to total surprise Mark rings me on my mobile to support me on my query which was in ref to the waste fixing on the said shower tray - as I say exceptional service from Mark!! Thanks once again Mark really appreciated your support in particular on Boxing Day - thank you sir . Arjan Patel PS - 100 out of 100 for being customer focused !

Very bad customer service, definitely not recommended. I went there to buy full bathroom suite. This guy came to us and said we could be here all day and he does'n have much time. He handed us about 5 different books and told us to have a look. Not offered any help, didn't ask any questions about what we need. He rushed us out of the shop and said NEXT in a loud voice to lady standing behind us. Reply to your answer Simply denied it. It was definetly sales staff as lady working in the back office told us to seek his help. It was depressing looking guy with unshaved beard. He was hurly engaged in shallow conversation. Anyway I got nothing against you guys just get right staff who wants to sell. I will add pics of brochure he gave us to get confused.

Received excellent service from Mark (sales) and Mick (fitter) from start to finish of installing a walkin shower for my elderly mum. They were always very considerate and understanding of my mum's needs especially Mick who worked extremely hard and went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect for her. Would highly recommend Warwick Interiors.

I can't speakly highly enough of the service I received, from the initial appointment with Mark in the showroom who made a number of different design suggestions I hadn't thought about to the quality of the workmanship by Neno & his lads during the installation. Between them they made the whole process from start to finish hassle & worry free.

Just had my en-suite done amazing products from Warwick and the service from mark at is the best always on hand throughout the process and the fitter roger is the best fitter I have ever had nothing was too much trouble I would only recommend Warwick to people and I love my new bathroom highly recommended .
