Amazing afternoon! I learnt how to make my own gravy, better roast potatoes, and where I was going wrong with my roast veg! Learning to cook a roast online has to be one of my favourite lockdown moments. Ann Marie is an excellent teacher who helped varying levels (and chickens) cook to perfection. We're already looking at the next courses!

Awesome online group cooking lesson! We made a chicken roast with all the trimmings (roast veggies, Yorkshire pudding, gravy ...) from start to finish and the result was great for my first time! Well paced class, very nice group of very different ages, friendly chat and of course best of all great knowledge and patience from Anne Marie! I highly recommend.
Anne Marie is legendary. She has an unlimited knowledge in food and cookery, and is a master in sharing her passion and expertise both in person and on Zoom. There is really nothing she can’t do! She is a real pillar of the community and I feel privileged to have collaborated with her on several events. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Enjoyed a brilliant katsu curry masterclass from Anne Marie - it made a great social activity for all the team while we're all in lockdown! Would not hesitate to recommend - easy to follow, even over Zoom, and the recipe was delicious!
Great team building activity! As a business we are working remotely and lockdown 3 is impacting people's wellbeing. We booked a private lesson to make curry and naan breads with some of our team. Anne-Marie was fantastic and gave us so many tips. The end curry was so tasty and the feedback from our staff was that they thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks so much!
