We put our flat on the market just before the beginning of Lock Down and got a buyer straight away. Then of course came the isolation and 'working from home'. We thought that would be it, no chance of a sale. However, our lovely agent, George Hills, pulled out all the stops, working from home to make sure we completed. He was our 'go to', the person who liaised between all the various parties involved and whose cheerful and optimistic demeanor kept us buoyed up throughout the protracted negotiations.
