Morgan County Residential Recovery Court is rated 4.2 out of 5 in the category government office in United States. The Morgan County Residential Recovery Court is a collaboration between the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and Department of Corrections which was established in 2013, as a part of the Governor’s Public Safety Plan expanding recovery courts across our state. The program is supervised by Criminal Court Judge Seth Norman who has dedicated over 21 years of his life to recovery courts and helping improve the way the criminal justice system responds to addiction. The program serves non-violent felony offenders, including veterans, from referring adult felony recovery courts who meet eligibility criteria freeing up hard prison beds for more violent offenders.

this probably will not get posted. my son was there and when he left he had accumulated over 1000.00 in brand new clothes I had bought for him. he did not get any of it back. they also kept his contact lens. I was told that was my problem. I have contacted the mayor and my governor. let see if anyone wants to be honest and return his clothing and contacts.

I must say that I thank the God of my understanding for this place. I truly gain understanding of the disease of addiction and how it affects my thinking. I encourage anyone who battles with addiction to come there and open up to what God has in store. Thanks to the staff and all my recovery friends. Thanks
