They never pick up call. I tried nearly 600 times and I am attaching proof. It says busy or they do not pick up. Disappointed. Google should create an option for negative ratings as well.

You go there. It is almost empty. You 1/4 of employees and no clients. You can not register a visit there, you will be only served if you have a visit arranged. And here comes the trick. You can arrange visit by calling or via online reservation system. However the phone is never answered. The same time online reservation system will show you that there are no free slots, not for this month, not for this year, not for next year. Employee of this organisation explained, that you should visit their online booking system every day at 16:00, as it opens only for short time to show the available slots for the next 2 weeks period. If all the slots are taken, you should try the next day. Some people shared, that they did this wonderful exercise for several weeks, before they found a free slot... This is the worst kind of torturing and humiliating clients by doing so. Is a commercial enterprise would do this, they would just go out of business in a very short term.

For registration a car,we came here about 13 times ,every time they said different ..do this..need this...need that... every single person dealing different.... MAYBE THEY ARE THINKING ONLY THIS PEOPLE'S WORKING IN WARSAW.... 80% people's going back without done there....they should give information in written ,which documents NEED ,,, if someone missed something !!

8.02 na stanowisku 21, taka gruba Pani, bardzo złe mówię do klientów. Chciałam zapytać czy jest na miejscu jeden Pan, tylko powiedziałam, „przepraszam...” a ona jak rozpoczęła krzycząc do mnie, ze na prawdę nie rozumiem jak ona jeszcze pracuje w urzędzie. Taka osoba może pracować nie z ludźmi a z świniami pod warszawej albo gdzieś 300 km od miasta.

Po naszych bardzo złych doświadczeniach z innych urzędów, w tym trafiliśmy na Panią anioła, która pomogła nam załatwić nasza sprawę szybko sprawnie i nie robiąc problemów. Brawa dla tej Pani, przywraca honor rządowym instytucjom. Dziękujemy. Rejestrowaliśmy auto w dziale dla cudzoziemców.
