This was one of the best experiences with getting my stuff repair ever. When your stuff breaks - you are upset. A service event could either increase your irritation or your loyalty for the brand. Samsonite Service at Lwowska is super professional, fast and flexible. Did show up a couple of minutes before the show was even open, and despite of that I was received with positive comment and help. My bag was fixed in no time. I have received advice how to avoid problems in the future. This was a great experience. Thank you so much!

My luggage was damaged by the airline when flying into Warsaw. I stopped by and they immediately fixed my broken zipper pull on the spot. I happened to have a copy of the receipt of my suitcase, which I had purchased in London less than a year ago, and there was no fee. I was very impressed.
Very helpful, fixed the suitcase in 5 minutes while I waited. Price quite OK too.

I've left my broken lugguge with disbelief that it will be fix under warranty. I recieved a call the same day that it was fixed and that i can pick it up! A very rare situation in poland. A little hard with parking a car.
It is difficult to park a car there, but service works great.
