Doctor was rude. He got angry at patient on some silly things. It’s very disappointing that doctor did not attempt to explain the problem and give the solution. What about empathy and compassion that doctor is supposed to show. I mean patient is already in stress that he has to undergo an operation. What about explaining everything properly. You deal with hundreds of patients but about showing some empathy?? Was it because I was foreigner?? Total disappointment total disastrous. It might be good experience for others but not for me.

I think that owner of the clinic should know what the officer made too many of mistakes with making appointment. i made an appointment and she informed me that i can visit the clinic 8:20 PM, so i went to there but clinic was closed. moreover, the address on the google is wrong. i dont recommend this clinic to the foreigners. and there is telephone number for the people who can speak English, dont believe it. old women just will say to you that call to another number

Pani recepcjonistka zapomina dodać, że 200 zł za wizytę (czyli sama możliwość wejścia do gabinetu) 80 zł za te same badania, które można zrobić za darmo w Wołominie z dnia na dzień :)

Szczególnie odradzam rodzicom z małymi dziećmi punkt pobrań. Pani wbrew moim sugestiom wbiła się w zgięcie łokcia dwuletniemu dziecku. Ze względu na brak możliwości pełnego wyprostu stawu łokciowego i zaciśnięcia pieści żyła uciekała. To nie mogło się udać. Pani po kilku próbach wsuwania i wysuwania igły oraz ruszaniu nią na boki zrezygnowała. Pobranie udało się dopiero, tak jak za każdym razem w innych miejscach, z dłoni. Brak tak podstawowej wiedzy i umiejętności uważam za skandaliczne.

Zapłaciłam za wizyte, na ktorej dowiedziałam się, ze Pan nie jest w stanie mi naciac ropnia przegrody, bo nie jest chirurgiem. Ale pieniadze za wizyte wzial, wizyta ktora trwala minute Nie polecam

Ponad godzina opóźnienia i nikt nie raczył mnie o tym powiadomić.

Nie polecam. Przed wizytą trzy razy się pytałem czy będę miał badanie endoskopowe i otrzymałem potwierdzenie. A w trakcie wizyty okazało się że endoskopowego badania nie ma. Straciłem czas i pieniądze. Lekarka nawet nie chciała do końca wysłuchać przebiegu przebytych operacji.
