I really like the museum. Is bigger than it looks and has plenty of armors, airplanes and all these military soviet stuff. You can get very close and even touch everything, so is also interesting for kids that like to climb hehe. Better go when is not raining because the area is not covered.

I visited here in the winter time. I think it will be better in summer season. Many things to see and learn from the past, history. It is free of charge entrance.

If you love military history this place is must see. Brilliant collections of some ofnthe most famous eastern block equipment and close enough to touch as well. While a little bit of a tell to get to it is well worth it. Make sure to be aware it is all outdoors however

This is a fantastic find (if you like military equipment). I have been to many such museums and this one was special because you are so close to the machines and there are so many in such a small place. The tanks are just so big, and the row of tanks is impressive with so many variants. A few of the signs have been translated into English. However you can always Google the vehicles as you move past them. It is, to me, fitting that these old machines are not ready for action - many look dishevelled and worn out. Maybe an hour or less, however there is a fantastic park next door where you can relax. If you bring your children they are bound to like one of these venues.

Very interesting! Several iconic tanks and airplanes from WW2 and Cold War era along with many less obvious vehicles like radar and radio vehicles

Nice small museum in old fort. Lots of vehicles and aircraft outside, though somewhat neglected. Parts are closed off due to preparations to move museum to other location in near future.
