If there was a possibility of giving 0 stars, I would have done it. There have absolutely no idea of how to work in the given time frame. There is no way to communicate with them properly. Their \kolejka\ website, never works and never lets me ever register for any appointment. They say decision of passport takes minimum 1 month, and maximum 3 months, and I have been waiting 8 months and nothing yet.

This office works properly, all documents are issued on time if initial application has no missing documents.
Here is a tip: If you are looking for the regional office - the entrance is from Solidarnosci street. The door is labeled as the “F” entrance. I hope it will save some of your time, as it is a struggle to find it the first time. The lady at the entrance reception is not one of the friendliest, but the lady who works in the Foreigner department was professional and helpful. PS. Also thanks to the security guard who helped me find the entrance
So bad service, it is a lot of mistakes of their service for foreigners, just communism system. Bad, bad and bad!!!!
Stay away from the staff and press 'C' department at the machine if you are applying for residency card. They won't know English outside the office and mostly rude. Thank me later
Worst civil servants ever. I lived in Japan for 1 yr, in Australia for 1 yr, in Singapore for 3 yr, in Nigeria for 1 and half. The civil servants attitude can be compared to Nigerian Civil servants. the rudest and the most arrogant Civil servants. I hope Polish government educate their employees
