Brilliant training from a knowledgeable instructor, great fun and pushes you further than you would normally go. Reeling in the benefits now highly recommend it to anyone.

I do a lot of running and was looking for another sport to keep me fit and in shape so I started Thai boxing. Great teacher. Really felt at ease. Looking forward to next class!

'I recently decided to take up Thai boxing in an effort to get fit and try something new, iv been training with Darren for several weeks, first session was really relaxed and started off with some basics on how to do punches and kicks etc, feel like iv come along away in just a few weeks. I have been doing a mixture of classes and 1-2-1s, hoping to get my two boys started soon too. Definitely recommend anyone giving it a go'
A great place to learn self defence and good for children to also learn.
