Always helpful on the phone when ordering gas and the delivery drivers are spot on.
Iv been a customer for the last 3 years regularly ordering gas bottles-however Iv just phoned them today at 4:20pm (closes at 5:30) to place order for next day but was told I couldn’t get a delivery as all the vans had already been loaded ready for the next day and there’s no way that they could put an extra bottle on the van today or in the morning before they leave! Even when I explained that I am a key worker and have a disabled wife and two very young children to look after and desperately needed gas as had completely run out I was still told NO it can’t be done!? I will be changing my supplier now
