If I could I would give them a minus 5 star but unfortunately can't.. Contacted them in September paid upfront for one off shredding requirement.. Although they were over priced thought it would be worth it as they seemed professional with an impressive website and social media presence. Turns out they never turned up fot the job and fast forward two months and an still chasing them for a refund! Also check trusted pilot for their true nature of business..

Arranged to pay and drop off some confidential waste. Was told to go down by someone in the call centre which turned out to be duff information. Got to depot and had to wait around for 30 mins as I did not have email with the correct reference although I had received the payment confirmation.
