An amazing experience from Jacuzzi (at Bents garden centre)... very knowledgeable with such a warm service... no rush and no fuss..The whole team were so helpful and treat you as though you’re their number customer..shout out for Phil and Stephen who have given amazing after sale service... you know you’re in great hands when the after sales service is just 100%! I first looked into buying a Hot Tub a couple of years ago and decided to get a small inflatable one to see if if we would use it. We used it as a family 3-4 times per week so i new i really wanted something better. After going to Bents Garden Centre and speaking to the very knowledgable guys at Jacuzzi Manchester they answered all my questions relating to Hot Tubs, my main question was \What's the difference between those you see on the internet and Jacuzzi\ The answers i got was what i needed to hear as this is a large investment and i needed to know i was making the right decision. We decided to go for the J575 Jacuzzi due to the features on this and the way it looked, it was delivered last tuesday and i can say it exceeds all my expectations. The J575 Jacuzzi really is something special in the way it looks and performs and i wouldn't hesitate buying this Brand again, its worlds apart from what i had previous and i wish id bought this originally. The staff at Jacuzzi are so knowledgeable and provide me with all the info i need to keep my tubs water clean and fresh. I think a big part of purchasing something like this is the back up you will receive and i can say its second to none. Thanks to all the staff there for their advice and help.

We've been thinking about having a Jacuzzi for sometime so, we decided to have a trip to the Jacuzzi Manchester store over the weekend, now shops are being allowed to reopen. We met with Steve who talked us through the various tubs, as there were no demo tubs to view, due all being sold during lockdown. Steve asked our requirements and budget and showed us the J300 range which, was the perfect balance of size and features for us. To help with our decision, Steve also put a few extras in for us to sweeten the deal. All in all, a fantastic experience, easy process and a really friendly salesman. Would highly recommend!

Ann-Marie was fantastic at Jacuzzi Manchester. Very knowledgable, no pressure-sales - to be fair they don’t need to - they’re flying off the shelves. Utimately a great product. Would we recommend Jacuzzi at Manchester??????Most definitely, Without a doubt. Flawless service from start to finish. Really genuine, polite, happy staff ( Phil, Anne-Marie, Steve and Mark) . Nothing was too much trouble, they answered all our question and we were given all the time we needed to make sure we purchased the hot tub that suited us best. The installation team were fabulous too, really very professional and courteous. If you’re planning on buying a hot tub be sure to visit the awesome foursome at Jacuzzi Manchester, you will not be disappointed in either the service you receive or the product you may buy. Oh, I would also recommend you do a wet test.
