This was an excellent practice before Covid, I always felt lucky to be a patient when I heard of other people's experiences with their doctors. I hope that this present system doesn't remain once Covid is no longer a threat as it is very frustrating to use and nothing can replace seeing your GP face to face.

Been on the phone as caller number 1 for 15 mins. Then when I did get though thay sound like thay can't be bothered to even take to you.

Impossible to make contact with the surgery. Applied to get prescriptions on-line, 3 emails, not answered and15 minutes waiting for the phone to be answered. The administration of the surgery lets down the great doctors and nurses

The best practice I've ever worked at. Significantly more appointment availability than I've experienced at other practices, a friendly and helpful team, and an overall ethos of caring for our patients. Unfortunately, in a busy NHS, resources are limited, and a perfect experience can't be guaranteed for everyone, every time, but overall, Holes Lane is a practice that truly cares.
