Drive completed with the promise to return to install step once our porch was built, as agreed at time of booking. 3 months later and after full payment we still keep being promised the 'next dry day'. In addition, the job was over quoted with sqm, drainage in the quote wasn't installed and the end of the drive is crumbling away already, plus footprints from sealing on the drive. Numerous options and alternatives to resolve this matter have been ignored prior to leaving this review. Steve is full of empty promises and Dave couldn't care less. We have now asked for a refund and a review of the poor work, which is being ignored, no surprises there. AVOID and book elsewhere. RE below response: we don't want a free step, we want the one we paid for at the time you advised us for the footings for said porch- so where fully aware of and subsequently quoted for- furthermore, the weather has been glorious. AVOID.

STAY AWAY. My driveway still is not finished, 5 months since it was started. Steve has been out and agreed the what has been done is horrendous. Told me this will be fixed as a matter of urgency nearly 60 days ago. Now neither Steve or Dave are answering the phone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHAMBOLIC COMPANY

Dimension Driveways Is a great company, they do such a perfect job! Their work is impeccable, very precise to the smallest detail. The contractor is very amicable, responsible and he’s a perfectionist, whose objective is to leave you satisfied with their quality work. They will go the extra mile to keep their customers satisfied.. I wouldn’t consider any negative comments about Dimension Driveways, since their quality work speaks for themselves. I highly recommend their business to anyone who’s interested and looking to renew their driveway..

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! They have very good portfolio, but just this! Promises and just promises. After starting they make a mess. Four weeks later lay some concrete which was without proper leveling. Now small lakes around the house. Left the site with plenty of dust and house render was damaged. They promise to complete the job for a 6 days but 7 weeks later the gaffer Richard not answering the phone. AVOID.

We’ve very recently had our driveway completed with dimensions and are very happy with it. At first we met Ste who came round to measure up and give quotes, who is very professional and then we met Rick and the lads who did everything, from start to finish. They are laid back and friendly but with a professional approach as well. We knew what we wanted with the drive but if you were unsure they are pleased to help you with colour choices and printing options as much as they can and pleased to answer any questions you may have to put your mind at rest
