Just rang ABB in Warrington to seek help with a faulty part we've received to have the most unfortunate experience of dealing with the rudest receptionist I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. So after being hung up on I'm still no better off, not great customer service ABB. Unfortunately the lady wouldn't give me her name. Couldn't believe it when I saw somebody has had the same experience just 2 days ago. Still in disbelief and thought I was on the end of a practical joke.
Women on reception at the warrington office has to be the rudest person ever asking to be put through to someone and being told goodbye whilst she's probably having a buzz over the phone so un professional for a business like this
