This is one of my top 3 restaurants in the area, my favorite among Chinese/Japanese cuisine. A fantastic meal every time. One of the very rare meals that one can argue is better reheated the next day. Absolutely best yum-yum sauce around and delicious ginger salad dressing. Add to that extremely friendly and great service, there's literally nothing negative to say about Yamatos!

Don't judge by the building. Food was absolutely delicious. Definitely will be going again. Parking is in the back.

Used to be excellent. My las experience was less than desirable. Service was good. Food wasn’t the best. Portions were smaller and prices were higher. Rice was cold by the time he finished. I will not be back. I spent 150 just to have to cook for my kids again when I got home because they were still hungry. Place sucks now.
