Excellent experience overall. The customer service was awesome and everything was executed on time and to expectations. Their communication was really appreciated, I had to make two changes to the order and they helped me each time in about 5 minutes. I would definitely use again.

Got this text and then all of a sudden the bill overlapped now I have to pay for other month.
Was told the Pod could hold 3 bedroom, couldn’t even hold 2 bedroom... Then they told me an amount and they took it out of my account. Then on day to have pod picked up they wanted more money on top of what they quoted and already took! The day they picked the small empty pod, they debited my account for the whole thing AGAIN!!! I paid for it twice so now I’m fighting to get 1/2 of my money back. VERY UPSET CLIENT!!!
I reserved a PODS container. The representative on the phone was very pleasant, left me feeling great about using this business. That’s where it ended. The day of delivery, PODS delivered not one, but two containers (I only reserved one). The customer service person said the mix up came because the first driver didn’t time stamp, so it looked like I still needed a container, so a second was delivered. Forgive me for thinking common sense is a given, but when you go to a house and see a container sitting in the driveway, wouldn’t you check to see if a second is needed? The customer service rep’s first response when I told them I had two was to charge me more because my account only paid for one....hmmm!, that’s when I knew this would be an uphill battle. They were supposed to place the container on the left side toward the end of the driveway. They were dead smack in the middle. I can’t get in my driveway or garage and my daughter can’t get her car out. For the next three days she has to inconvenience friends and family members for rides since we can’t get her car out of the garage and driveway. A local hardware store is supposed to come pick up 300 of lumber and credit my account, but they can’t pick up the lumber and give me a credit because they can’t get in my driveway. Every day I would call and tell them to get the containers out of my driveway and every day they said we will pick them up tomorrow. Finally on Saturday they picked them up. Three days of inconvenience and lost revenue and for that I am told I was refunded my money, we are not going to do anything else for you. Thank you PODS I did something for you and left a bad review.
