Poor customer service. Few weeks ago I left my broken ring for exchange. I left ring in white gift box. Today I came to collect it. When I asked about my box, One of the staff, Bea, told me “they are not giving boxes for free”. That was so embarrassing! In front of the other customers! They look at me like I am trying to get free box. I would never ever visit this store again. Shame !

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM When I bought a ring for my wife they assured me in 2 stores I could return it if she didn't like it. Total lie. They do not give refunds! The ring has never been worn but still no refund. Ruined our 10th anniversary.
They robbed my wife,over charged her 10 I went back two days later with receipt and photo as you have to take photos to show them what item you want All they said it is my wife fault she should check the amount on the card reader before she paid
