Poor customer service. Poorly trained staff, and an uncaring attitude Would advise you go to another jeweler.
My husband purchased a ring october 28th I've worn the ring a few times it was bought on the understanding it was silver, on telling the rude uncaring staff at the Swansea store it was discolouring could we change it he was told no its just a precious metal so no exchange or refund its bin worthy now so thanks Warren james for telling us do what you want with it.... Shocking, rude stuck up idiots!!!
