My experience as a NHS patient was distressing. The dentist, was incredibly rude, barking orders at me, rolling her eyes at the nurse. I felt totally disrespected and upset. Reception staff are lovely, however

Wow ! Needed an emergency dentist and was seen today. Staff on front desk polite and caring. Dentist and dental nurse absolutely put me at ease. Polite, professional and took the time to explain things to me whilst checking i was alright throughout the procedure. Great empathy shown throughout my appointment. Well done to to all in making this experience a pleasant one.

I cannot fault Mydentist Warminster. I've been registered with them as an NHS patient for a few years now, and can honestly say they've always been very accommodating. I've never had a problem getting appointments, especially emergency ones, and the reception staff are always very friendly and helpful. You are always greeted with a smile, which makes a huge difference when you're not a big fan (or a fan at all!) of dental practices. I've recently been seeing my new dentist Shamla (I hope that's spelled correctly), and she is just wonderful. She's kind, caring, compassionate and so good at putting you at ease. I feel very comfortable with her, and as I am about to embark on some major dental work, I feel very reassured that she will be at the helm. She is rushing things through for me, and is ensuring I get the best possible care. She's an asset to the Practice! I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever and recommend this Practice wholeheartedly.
