I have been buying JHWatercress for over a year now, and also I hv been broadcastung it to my family and friends because i enjoyed the fresh crunchiness of it so much. But this morning, to my horror, I found a long black hair from somebody's head in it, and it has totally put me off from buying any more. What a shame - hair coverings cost nothing to properly cover a whole head of hair. I normally purchase two packets each week, as i start each day with it. I would appreciate you taking action on this problem of hygiene.

I have been buying this excellent product for years. As an Organic food producer, I was shocked to see the company have now introduced a plastic tray within the original plastic bag. I believe this a 5 star product in 0 star packaging.
Today I \discovered\ this fabulous tasting watercress in Waitrose's. I have been buying \organic watercress\ elsewhere but nothing I have tried has the intensity of flavour nor compact robust leaves like the John Hurd's organic watercress .
