Russel and warm floors offered amazing service. He drove out of his way for 30mins to assess our underfloor heating problem just a day after contacting him. It was clear from the moment he walked in he knew exactly what he was doing. He immediately identified the problem and was a really simple fix so he didn’t even charge for it. I will be taking out an annual service contract with warm floors. 100% recommend. Thanks Russel!

Have had problems with my UFH for the last 2 years just after I moved into house had a couple of people out to look at it various solutions given none of which solved the problem. Russ from WarmFloors came out and within 2 minutes identified and rectified the problem there and then. He is a really nice bloke obviously knows what he is talking about and I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him. He fully explained the problem took time to explain what he would be doing a great job. Not only has it stopped the banging but floors are now getting warmer.

Called Warm Floors based on the excellent reviews online - excellent clear communication from start to finish. Russell identified the problem within minutes of arrival and also serviced the system fully leaving us back up and running again. He ran through a full explanation of what he had done before leaving.

I contacted Russel as our new house had a badly installed underfloor heating system. After email consultation he quoted and then visited to confirm he had all parts covered he would need for the job. Written quote was sent and date for job booked in at the same time. Turned up on time and did a great, tidy job. Now we have a warm house. Would highly recommend Russel.
