This is so much better then going to the Gym. They are open every day of the working week and you have the option of going from 6-7 or 7-8 each day! Very flexible and everyone in there is really friendly and helpful (even the boxers!)
I've been going to Dynamo for a few years now and find the staff there patient, encouraging and motivating. Have recently lost 16kg with their help and have never felt fitter or better about myself. Would highly recommend the team!
I have been training at Dynamo/Hard Fitness with Martin and his excellent team for nearly 8 years. As a result of the mix of training and nutrition advice over the years I have managed to sustain a high level of fitness - enabling me to play competitive sport into my late forties. The training is varied and challenging and is now just a part of my life. I would recommend you go and see Martin if you want to get fitter, more productive and an be an all round better version of you!!
Top quality real fitness gym. No messing around here. I feel the motto for this place should be \Run by serious people for Serious people\. Martin the owner is a former para, his tough no nonsense grit comes through, at the same time he's very affable. All staff here are professional, friendly, serious and care about your results. I'm hating the training on some days - but loving the results. You can do boxing, mma, circuits and great cardio work, They've a nutritionist and a supplement shop on site too. There is a boxing ring, plenty of heavy bags, cardio and weight equpiment and they open at 6am! Whats not to love.
If I could I would review this place zero stars as when I went in there the head guy was just looking at me up and down and laughing because I’m a biggest guy and it just made me feel so unwonted there so would review this place zero stars and also I was stood there for about 10 minutes before anyone asked if I was okay and it wasn’t even a member of staff it was someone who was watching their Son box Reply Well there were people watching and yeah you wearing laughing as my partner was watching you. And why not get a receptionist
